TOKS Vancouver

Tamburica Orchestra Kardinal Stepinac (TOKS) was founded with the objective of gathering Croatian girls and boys and teaching them how to play the beautiful Croatian instrument "tamburica". By performing various folklore choreographies, accompanied by tamburica, the rich Croatian culture and traditions are preserved and passed on to younger generations. Hrvatski Vitezovi - Croatian Knights

As an organization under the United Croats of Canada, King Tomislav branch, the Hrvatski Vitezovi Folkdance Ensemble promotes Croatian heritage through traditional song and dance. Although the group aquired the name "Hrvatski Vitezovi" in 1977, it has been promoting Croatian heritage since its establishment in 1958.
